Born in Accra, Ghana. Graduated with a BFA from the National Film and Television Institute, Ghana and an MFA in Film and Television Production from New York University, Tisch Asia, where he was teaching assistant to Mr. Oliver Stone. He has been working as a Cinematographer since 2003. His television credits include work for the BBC, Al Jazeera, SABC, Yle (Finnish TV), VPRO (Netherlands) and Ghana Television. His works have also been shown on CNN, Arte, PBS, and Channel Four. He has shot a lot of award-winning documentaries, short films and TV Commercials. He has also worked on concerts of Grammy award winners and nominees, including; Black Eyed Peas, Beyonce and Akon. He has two feature films to his Cinematography
credits. He’s a faculty at New York University, Accra, teaching a documentary film
class.
